The Livingcare package by Livingprojects Ledsupport allows us to take care of all your preventive and corrective service and maintenance activities.

A standard Livingcare package contains:
Yearly quality inspection
A Livingprojects’ service specialist will execute a yearly quality inspection on the installation supplied. All recommendations will be reported after this quality control.
Standard
Once per year, the installation will be cleaned, adjusted, and optionally sized. Component/material costs and repairs are not included in the standard Livingcare package.
Product replacement service
In case of product failure, a replacement product will be delivered, including the installation and transport costs.
Software
You will receive the latest software updates.
Stand-by service
24 hours per day, 7 days per week, you have access to the Livingprojects’ helpdesk to report incidents and for first line support.
Fault repair service
Outside office hours, you can contact the Livingprojects’ fault repair service. The costs for fault repair outside office hours are not included in the standard Livingcare package.
Compared to the standard Livingcare package, a Livingcare+ package also contains:
All-in service
Once per year, the installation will be cleaned, adjusted, and optionally sized. Incidents and fault repairs (without the components/materials) are included in the Livingcare+ package.
Fault repair service
24 hours per day, 7 days per week, you can contact the Livingprojects Ledsupport fault repair service. The labour and transport costs for a fault repair outside office hours are included in the Livingcare+ package. Costs for components and materials are not included.
